MYM Fundiciones’ mission is to produce and market cast parts and related services that fully meet its customers’ expectations, while ensuring environmental protection, worker safety, and respect for society in general, in a sustainable and profitable manner.
To achieve this goal, the company has implemented an Integrated Quality Management System adapted to its production activities.
The principles that guide this system are:
- Promote continuous improvement by establishing and periodically reviewing goals and objectives.
- Always consider customer requirements and needs.
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a firm commitment to pollution prevention and care for the natural environment.
- Ensuring the occupational health and safety of workers; using means, procedures and products that ensure safe conditions.
- Fostering a culture of active participation and commitment among employees and suppliers.
- Minimizing waste generation and ensuring its environmentally responsible management.
- Maintaining a documented, implemented and updated management system-reviewing it periodically to verify its effectiveness.
Compliance with this policy requires the collaboration of all the organization’s employees, who have access to the procedures and documentation contained in the Quality Management Manual.

The management of MYM Fundiciones establishes the following as the basic principles of its health and safety policy:

- Encourage the active participation of workers and their representatives in all matters affecting their health and safety.

- Reinforce the commitment of each worker to adopt responsible and safe behavior, complying with rules and procedures.
To this end, the company develops and implements a prevention management system that supports these commitments.
